Atlantis Resort Puerto Galera

Atlantis Resort Puerto Galera is built into the hills neighbouring Sabang Beach allowing for stunning beach front accommodation and easy access to diving right from your doorstep!

The resort features 40 comfortable rooms designed with comfort for divers in mind. Rooms have air conditioning systems, high speed internet and TVs, many also with beautiful ocean views right from the balcony.

Atlantic Puerto Galera has an onsite fine dining restaurant, full-service spa, onsite dive shop with hot water showers, camera facilities and a training pool. During surface intervals, relax and unwind in the freshwater pool or at the beach front bar.

Atlantis Dumaguete

After 5 days in Puerto Galera, the trip moves to the sister hotel, Atlantis Dumaguete. Dumaguete is part of Dauin, the epicenter of diving. Another comfortable beachfront dive resort, Atlantis Dumaguete is a gateway to the frogfish capital of the world and Apo Island marine reserve.

44 rooms are build surrounding a lush garden and have air conditioning, WIFI and TVs. The restaurant and bar overlook the ocean and feature an extensive, high-class menu.

The resort also has a spa, swimming pool and boutique to help you remember your stay.

The 11-day trip allows for access to over 60 world renowned dive sites around The Philippines, most of which are just minutes away from the resorts. Puerto Galera focuses on diving in the Coral Triangle with a variety of dives from shallow coral gardens to deep walls and small wrecks. Dives are conducted in a UNESCO- designated biosphere offering incredible marine biodiversity.  Expect relaxed critter diving, think pygmy seahorses, octopus and nudibranchs but don’t count out larger species either!

Dumaguete features black volcanic sand dives, also known as ‘muck dives. These are rich with macro species and the aliens of the oceans. The area is known as the frogfish capital of the world and is a world class destination for macro diving- so bring macro camera lenses!

Other dives include rich coral reef environments and world-famous Apo Island which is a marine reserve famous for its vibrant reef life and abundance of turtles. It is a short 30-minute boat ride away from the resort.

Arrive:

Friday July 9^th, 2027: arrive into Manilla, transfer to Belmont Hotel, check in with Holly and Mark

Saturday July 10^th, 2027: transfer from Belmont Hotel to Atlantis Resort Puerto Galera, no later than 8am. Arrive to Atlantis Resort, check in with the hotel and dive shop. Optional afternoon dive if timings allow welcome dinner at Atlantis Restaurant

Sunday July 11^th, 2027- Wednesday July 14^th, 2027: Unlimited scheduled boat diving (up to four-day dives and one night dive per day)

Thursday July 15^th, 2027: Transfer from Atlantis Puerto Galera to Atlantis Dumaguete via pre organised flight. Arrive at Atlantis Dumaguete, check in with the dive shop

Friday July 16th, 2027- Monday July 19^th, 2027: Unlimited scheduled boat diving (up to four-day dives and one night dive per day). One of the diving days includes a trip to Apo Island, this day will be determined on the trip based on the day offering the best conditions.

Depart:

Tuesday July 20^th, 2027: Depart Atlantis Dumaguete, checkout and transfer to the airport for your flight home

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Blue Horizon Adventures Limited and Blue Horizon Diving Limited’s cancellation policy is inline with the cancellation policy of our operators. Once payment has been made in full there are no refunds.
• To guarantee your space on the trip, a $1,500 deposit is due with the booking. When we receive your deposit, we will send you a detailed trip information pack including welcome letter, booking voucher, invoice, sale receipt, waivers and forms to allow you to prepare for the diving trip.
• The remaining balance of your payment is due in three auto payment instalments due on 9th June 2026, 9th November 2026 and 14th March 2027.
• Full payment is due five (5) months prior to the trip start day.
• We reserve the right to re-sell any space that is not paid in full by this date.
• Deposits and instalments are non-refundable.
• No refund is made for any unused parts of the itinerary.
• Trip details such as dates, prices, accommodations, are subject to change without prior notice.
• Travel and dive insurance is not included in the trip price but is strongly recommended to have.
• A dive medical form will be provided for completion on booking to ensure you are fit to dive. If Yes is answered to any question, a doctor sign off will be required. This must be completed prior to our trip. If unable to be cleared our repayment terms apply as per noted in the booking, payment and cancellation policy.
• By booking onto our trips, you agree to assign all rights to the film, videotape, digital media, sound recordings, photography and printed quotes thereof made of you during the trip by representatives of Blue Horizon Diving Limited, Blue Horizon Adventures Limited, or their designee. You hereby authorise the reproduction, copyright, exhibition, and/or distribution of said materials worldwide without limitations for any purpose. No money shall be due to you for such use, now or in the future.
• Payment can be made by wire transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal.
• Blue Horizon Diving Limited and Blue Horizon Adventures Limited are not responsible for any transfer fees associated with payments.
• Flights, visa, travel expenses and taxes are not included in the trip cost.
• Travel and dive insurance is not included in the trip price but is strongly recommended to have.
• Flight time and schedule, weather, water temperature, and animal behaviour are all subject to change.
• We strongly recommend and advise all guests to purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
